For those who remember, back in 2022, we visited Kosovo and volunteered with the children at SOS Children's Villages. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we collected a good amount of money, which allowed us to provide essential food and supplies for these kids.

Your support made a real difference in their lives, and we are forever grateful.

This non-governmental organisation supports abandoned children in need, regardless of religion or nationality. It provides essential care and a loving environment for children without parental support.

We are planning to visit Kosovo once again, this time to volunteer directly at the SOS Children's Village, and we are reaching out for your support.

It's no secret that we have long dreamed of changing our 'boring' lifestyle! That's why we challenged ourselves and quit our jobs to travel ✈️

We are from Malta, the tenth-smallest country by area and fifth-most densely populated sovereign nation. Here, almost everyone follows the same "normal" path in life: graduate, secure a job, marry, buy a house, have kids, then you're called SETTLED 👏

People like us, who want to travel, explore countries, learn new cultures, and eat unusual food, are usually considered weird or strange and are wasting their time and money 😅

It's hard to find WEIRD people who want to live more the travel lifestyle 🤷‍♂️

But are we really weird or strange? Are we really wasting our time and money? 🤦‍♀️

If spending money on flights is a waste for some, spending money on clothes is a waste for us. We prefer spending on experiences over material things 🛫

Also, how often have we been told, "You must be rich to travel so much!" You don't need to be rich to travel. It's about managing money wisely 🤑

When we travel, we stick to a budget by choosing cheap accommodations, cooking our meals, using cheap transport, and buying only what we need！

We travel as lightly as possible. As you can see in the photo, we travelled with just a FREE backpack for six weeks. That way, we saved a lot of money as we didn't pay for baggage on six flights across two countries 🎒

We do our research well, whether booking a flight, exchanging money, accommodations or attractions. That way, we save more money 😉

We love authentic travel, diving deep into local culture to gain genuine experiences and connections with locals. These are feelings one has to experience to understand the real feeling❗️

Those are a few reasons we started our travel blog: to inspire other people to chase their dreams. If you have a dream, make it happen🌙

Are you WEIRD like us and want to live more the travel lifestyle, or do you follow the same "normal" path? For us, it doesn't make a difference as long as you're happy 😍

7th May is one of my favourite days as a very special person was born to make life more beautiful 😍 Norbert turned 37 today! 🎂

No words can explain how much he REALLY means to me. He's such a fun, hard-working, adventurous, extremely caring and loving person! I'm so grateful for him; he's done so many things for me, and he manages to make my life more fun every single day, even when I'm grumpy! In a few words, he makes me feel complete 🫶🏼
